Summary
The Creative Producer plays a key role in bringing KAYALI’s creative vision to life across campaigns, social, paid media, influencer content and commercial productions.
Sitting at the intersection of creative, production and design under Global Marketing, this role is responsible for managing end to end production, building efficient systems and processes, and ensuring all deliverables are executed seamlessly, on time and at the highest standard.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Own end to end production across all content streams including:
Global campaigns (including NPD launches)
Social and paid media content
Influencer and creator shoots
Commercials and brand films
Ecommerce content including packshots and PDP assets
Lead fast paced productions across multiple timelines, managing both internal teams and external vendors or agencies
Build and manage detailed production timelines, shoot schedules, post production timelines and delivery trackers
Oversee full post production process including editing, retouching, color grading, versioning and final asset delivery
Ensure all content goes through correct approval workflows, collaborating closely with Creative and Brand teams to secure timely sign off
Act as the central point of coordination and the glue across Creative, Design, Social, Paid and Brand teams
Translate creative concepts into clear, executable production plans across all platforms and deliverables
Work closely with on the ground teams including content creators, photographers, videographers, editors and retouchers
Manage asset delivery across all channels ensuring correct formats, specs and platform requirements are met
Develop and optimize workflows, tools and systems such as Asana, asset trackers and calendars
Improve efficiency across the full pipeline from briefing through to production, post production and final delivery
Anticipate risks across production and post production and proactively problem solve
Provide clear visibility on timelines, progress, approvals and potential risks to key stakeholders
Support the Senior Production Manager and Senior Creative Manager in scaling production output and processes
Requirements
4 to 7 plus years experience in creative production, content production or campaign production
Experience within beauty, fashion or lifestyle is preferred
Proven ability to manage fast paced, high volume productions
Strong understanding of social, paid media and campaign production requirements
Experience working with both internal teams and external agencies or vendors
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience with production and project management tools such as Asana or similar
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Solution oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
