About the job

• At least 2 years of experience in Credit Card sales in banking sector in UAE.
• Assigned sales targets to be met on yearly and monthly basis.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market, existing policies and existing customers based on quality service.
• Manage Key accounts to ensure superior service and customer loyalty.
• Build and leverage key business relationships to maximize market share and achieve sales through the Credit Card sales product as well as cross selling of other Emirates Islamic products.
• Explore New markets and customers within the assigned territory to enhance sales volumes.

Requirement

• University Graduate with 2-3 years of direct sales experience in UAE Banking industry.
• Should be currently working for Credit Card product for a bank in UAE. Candidates applying from DSA channel partners, finance houses will not be shortlisted.
• Excellent last 3 month’s performance in their current bank with at least 15-20 cards sold.
• Should possess in depth knowledge of the market, policies and their market implications
