Credit Card Sales Executive

We have an immediate need for aFirst Party Property Associate with 3-5 years of experience to joinour dynamic and growing firm!

Theassociate attorney position will support the lead attorneys byassisting with gathering, analyzing, and organizing information;drafting legal pleadings, discovery, deposition attendance andsummaries, drafting and reviewing responses and motions, trialpreparations and otherdocuments.

Workcollaboratively with lead attorneys and supportstaff

Interview clients; locate andinterview expert witnesses

Draft legaldocuments including but not limited to: discovery, motions, summaryjudgment motions, appellate briefs, affidavits, memoranda, andletters

Investigate factualinformation to respond to litigation discovery requests or otherinformation inquiries

Assist in allphases of case preparation, including discovery andtrial

Prepare for trial, including,but not limited to: providing trial support andattendance

Demonstrate a high level ofprofessionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues(e.g. attorney-client privilegedmaterials)

Travel throughout the stateas required to meet businessneeds

Skills&Competencies

Demonstrateexceptional legal research and writingskills

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills

Strongorganizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able tomanage priorities and workflow

Stronginterpersonal skills and ability to work within a teamenvironment

Ability to effectivelycommunicate with clients, staff and teammembers

Strong communication,persuasion and negotiation skills to represent client and companyinterests in litigationsituations

Bilingual in Spanish is aplus

Current TNBar License and in Good Standing

J.D.degree from an accredited lawschool

At least 3 5 years ofexperience in First Party Property damage insurance claims,business litigation disputes, or personal injury matters -Plaintiffside
