Crew Training Planner

Ensures that all crew training is efficiently organized to support operational needs while minimizing disruption. Ensure that training schedules and programs meet the regulatory requirements and align with company policies and safety standards. Post-Secondary education preferred in computer or aviation industry study. At least 3 years' experience in an airline operations department preferably within Crew Control, Crew Planning or NOC - Network Operations. Strong system proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI. Crew Services or related operational experience preferred. Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities. Experience with training systems and roster management is an advantage.
