Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of clinical practices and patient management in the ICU.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
• Develop and implement best practices and protocols for critical care management.
• Conduct regular assessments of ICU patients, ensuring effective treatment plans.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding critical care procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Critical Care Medicine.
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent.
• A current medical license to practice in Dubai.
• Significant experience in critical care medicine, with at least 5 years in an ICU leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing critically ill patients and team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and patient-centered care.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying current with advancements in critical care practices.
