Responsibilities

• Provide advanced medical care to critically ill patients, including monitoring, assessment, and implementation of treatment plans.
• Perform necessary procedures and interventions as required in the ICU setting.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, prognosis, and care decisions.
• Engage in quality improvement projects and evidence-based practice to enhance critical care delivery.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in critical care medicine and best practices.
• Participate in the training and mentorship of medical students and residents in critical care practices.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completion of a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state.
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or relevant specialty required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in critical care or intensive care medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in managing critically ill patients and making rapid medical decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration in high-pressure situations.
