Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical care and advanced life support to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop management plans, and monitor patient progress closely.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, therapists, and specialists for coordinated patient care.
• Participate in critical care rounds, ensuring best practices and adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients’ families, updating them on patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuing medical education to stay abreast of advancements in critical care medicine.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Critical Care Medicine or Intensive Care.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Critical Care Medicine preferred.
• Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah/UAE.
• Proven experience in managing critically ill patients in an ICU setting.
• Excellent clinical decision-making skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork and continuous professional development.
