Critical Care Physician, Adult ICU & Emergency Support

The successful candidate will provide expert clinical care for critically ill adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) while also supporting emergency medical services to ensure seamless and effective treatment in critical situations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver comprehensive critical care to adult patients in the ICU setting.
• Provide timely emergency support to stabilize critically ill or injured patients.
• Conduct assessments, implement treatment plans, and monitor patients’ progress closely.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including emergency medicine, nursing, and other specialists.
• Lead or participate in resuscitations and advanced life support interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advances in critical care medicine and emergency protocols.

• Medical degree with specialization in Critical Care Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related field.
• Board certification or equivalent qualifications in Critical Care Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (UAE preferred).
• Proven clinical experience managing adult ICU patients and providing emergency support.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and delivering high-quality patient care.
