Position Summary:

We are seeking a CRM Admin with strong expertise in Bitrix24 who can manage lead entry, property listings, and system optimization with precision and confidence. This role is crucial to supporting our sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and manage leads and listings in Bitrix24
• Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM data across all departments
• Create and automate workflows, sales pipelines, and tasks
• Support team members in Bitrix usage and training
• Monitor CRM activity and generate reports when needed
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system functionality

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Bitrix24 (minimum 1 year)

• Strong understanding of real estate CRM and listing management
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Fluent in English (Turkish is a plus)
