Job Description - CRM Analyst

We are seeking an analytical and data-driven CRM Analyst to optimize our trader lifecycle, sales funnels, and data infrastructure. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technical solutions. You will manage customer relationship data, automate onboarding workflows, and integrate our CRM with core trading platforms. Your insights will directly boost trader acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards to track key performance metrics.
  • Monitor critical KPIs including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), deposit frequency, and trading volumes.
  • Segment the trader database to identify high-value clients, inactive accounts, and churn risks.
  • Generate actionable insights to improve sales pipeline conversion rates.

System Integration & Platform Management

  • Manage the configuration and maintenance of the company's CRM system.
  • Coordinate with IT to integrate the CRM with trading platforms (e.g., MT4, MT5, cTrader).
  • Oversee data synchronization across payment gateways, marketing tools, and live chat platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system bugs and data discrepancies reported by front-office teams.

Lifecycle Marketing & Partner Support

  • Map out automation workflows for lead nurturing, deposit reminders, and win-back campaigns.
  • Maintain the structures for Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliate commission tracking within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute localized email and SMS retention strategies.

Compliance & Risk Operations

  • Align CRM data capturing with global regulatory standards, including GDPR, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Streamline KYC (Know Your Customer) and onboarding documentation workflows inside the platform.
  • Audit system user permissions to safeguard sensitive client financial information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience as a CRM Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Specialist. Direct experience in Forex, CFDs, crypto, or fintech is heavily preferred.
  • CRM Systems: Proven expertise with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or specialized broker solutions 
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong working knowledge of SQL and BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of retail trading concepts, including lots, spreads, margin calls, and affiliate networks.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into business strategies.
