Responsibilities:

Providesculinary leadership within a large sized unit including menuplanning, program execution and staff management &training. Works directly with internal and external clientsmanaging the catering process from beginning through execution.

Requirements

1.Bachelor s Degree or equivalentexperience

2.Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary servicesincluding restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services,institutional services, mall food courts,etc.

3. Minimum 3years of ManagementExperience.
