Job Description - CRM Specialist

Description
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on service appointments, gather feedback, and ensure overall satisfaction with Porsche Aftersales services.

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries related to service schedules, vehicle maintenance, and aftersales services.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system, including interactions, feedback, and service history.

Regularly review and update customer contact details to ensure effective and timely communication.

Coordinate closely with the Service team to schedule appointments and ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.

Address customer concerns and service-related issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department when required.

Analyse CRM and customer data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring additional support.

Provide professional support for switchboard and internal/external communication when required.

Sort and distribute mail, route outgoing correspondence, and operate copying or duplicating equipment as needed.

Provide relief support to clerical staff and perform related administrative duties when required.

Communicate any operational issues or challenges to the Supervisor in a timely manner.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Head/Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

High School Certificate or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Aftersales, or similar role.

Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Computer literate with good knowledge of CRM systems and standard office applications.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
