Job Description:
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to manage and enhance customer relationships through data-driven strategies using REM CRM. The ideal candidate will optimize CRM campaigns, improve client engagement, and drive retention by leveraging analytics, automation tools, and personalized communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CRM campaigns including email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty or referral programs.
• Optimize client journeys to enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and key metrics to inform marketing and sales strategies.
• Generate reports and insights to optimize future CRM initiatives.
• Improve CRM processes for better efficiency, personalization, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless CRM integration.
• Stay updated on CRM trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in real estate.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with REM CRM or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, A/B testing, and API integrations.
• Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
