Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing information about our products and services

Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed

Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

Stay updated on company products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate information to customers

Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
