The Role
The Customer Service Agent/Representative functions as the ‘face’ of Minimalist to customers and ensures that customer queries and concerns are solved in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
Complaint management (receive complaints through phone or in writing, resolve complaints where possible, otherwise escalate complaints to relevant department and/or management).
Customer care (Answering queries and questions of customers, following up on shipments, updating customers accordingly).
Abandoned cart sales (Calling customers who have not completed their purchase, enquiring about possible reasons, convincing customers to purchase).
Inbound sales (Calling customers who have started but not completed their purchase, enquiring about possible reasons, finalizing purchase).
