Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls. Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide uptodate product and service information to customers. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed. Always maintain a positive and professional attitude. Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services. Meet or exceed performance targets such as call volume and resolution time. Adapt to new technologies and processes as they are implemented. Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge. Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to management on customer issues concerns and trends. Requirements
