Your Tasks Office ManagementOrganize the Dubai branch with all transactions and processesProactive and timely warehouse managementCoordination with headquarter in SwitzerlandSupport for CRM management (mailings, lead handling)Customer ServiceHandle inbound customer inquiries by email, WhatsApp, phone and in personAddress customer comments, suggestions, complaints, and issuesProvide information on delivery times and stock situationOrder processing (prep. of purchase orders, order confirmations, shipping documents, and invoices)Track and receive delivered and returned goodsCreate and maintain customer information and records in our CRM/ERP systemSupport sales staff to process and initiate sales transactionsSupport research and response to RFPs and tendersCreate reports contact and sales activity reports Our Requirements

Completed administrative/commercial/technical education (or similar)Proven experience within a Customer Service department and in office management or assistance, preferably within an international organization.
