Our regional sales and service office in Dubai is expanding. Support us as an office manager, customer service and sales administrator.
Your Tasks
Office Management
- Organize the Dubai branch with all transactions and processes
- Proactive and timely warehouse management
- Coordination with headquarter in Switzerland
- Support for CRM management (mailings, lead handling)
Customer Service
- Handle inbound customer inquiries by email, WhatsApp, phone and in person
- Address customer comments, suggestions, complaints, and issues
- Provide information on delivery times and stock situation
- Order processing (prep. of purchase orders, order confirmations, shipping documents, and invoices)
- Track and receive delivered and returned goods
- Create and maintain customer information and records in our CRM/ERP system
- Support sales staff to process and initiate sales transactions
- Support research and response to RFPs and tenders
- Create reports contact and sales activity reports
Our Requirements
- Completed administrative/commercial/technical education (or similar)
- Proven experience within a Customer Service department and in office management or assistance, preferably within an international organization. Minimum 5 years
- Self-confident to discuss and close orders with private and commercial customers
- Technical support interest
- Fluent in English and Arabic (native), German or French knowledge is an added value
- Home office space available
- Work experience in ME region for at least 3 years
- Experienced in using customer service/ERP/CRM tools
- Stress resistant and reliable personality with very good communication skills internal and external
- Open-minded, flexible, and service-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability.
