The role
As Customer Service Manager you will lead and elevate our customer experience across all touchpoints. This role will be pivotal in building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting our growth through exceptional service and sales-oriented initiatives.

Lead, train, and manage the customer service team to deliver exceptional service customers.
Manage and optimize the process of contacting customers with incomplete purchases, while ensuring a seamless customer journey
