Job Description - Customer service manager with Real estate experience

Job Title: Customer Service Manager/Team Lead

Company : Real estate developer

Location: Dubai

Job Summary: The Real Estate Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves managing client interactions, resolving inquiries and complaints, overseeing service processes, and continuously improving the customer experience within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the customer service team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Ensure the team is knowledgeable about company policies, real estate laws, and industry best practices.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Act as a point of escalation for challenging customer issues.
  • Service Process Management:
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are recorded and tracked accurately.
  • Client Communication:
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding property inquiries, transactions, and services.
  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, legal, finance) to facilitate seamless customer service.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for service enhancement.
  • Propose and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all customer service activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service in a managerial role from real estate industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Customer service manager from real estate: 2 years (Preferred)
