Job Title: Front Counter-Customer Service Representative (UAE National Only)

Location: Dubai Industrial City, United Arab Emirates

Job Summary:
Copart UAE is looking for a Front Counter Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions at our operational facility. The role is responsible for assisting customers at the front counter, handling inquiries, guiding customers through operational processes, and ensuring professional customer experience in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the front counter with vehicle release, documentation, payments, and general inquiries.

• Handle customer queries professionally through walk-ins, phone calls, and emails.

• Provide clear instructions and guidance regarding operational and logistical processes.

• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth customer service operations.

• Maintain accurate records and process customer-related documentation.

• Support day-to-day administrative activities assigned by management.

• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude at all times.

• Handle customer concerns and conflicts professionally and escalate when required.

Requirements:

• Open to UAE Nationals only.

• Candidate must hold a valid UAE Family Book.

• Candidates must be able to commute daily to our office located in Dubai Industrial City.

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional telephone and customer handling manner.

• Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

Salary Range:
AED 7,000 – AED 9,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
