Job Description - Customer Service Representative - GCC National

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be a GCC national with a strong understanding of local regulations and customer service expectations. This role will primarily involve handling customer inquiries, facilitating vehicle registration processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Location: Dubai Industrial City

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle registration services.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding registration procedures, required documents, fees, and timelines.
  • Assist customers in completing registration forms and other documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and agencies to expedite registration processes when necessary.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of local regulations and policies related to vehicle registration in the GCC countries.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

  • GCC nationals (preferably UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a government services or automotive industry context.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of vehicle registration processes and regulations in the GCC region is a plus.
