· Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs
· Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
· Following your company’s communication procedures and policies
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
· Duties will be sales of Etisalat Products like Postpaid, Prepaid, Handsets, Elife, Accessories and
other services
· Complaints, requests and Enquiries handling
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Comfortable using computers.
· Fresher or Experience working with customer support
· Minimum Graduation
· Positive attitude
· Flexible for any shifts
