We are looking for the passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities:

1. Deal with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email
2. Perform personal clientele analysis and take actions as required
3. Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that high level service is provided
4. Promote available products and services to clients
5. Develop and maintain excellent re lationships with prospective and existing clients
6. Cooperate effectively with other departments as required
7. Contribute to team effort by achieve targeted results

Requirements:

1. Degree in a business-related field
2. Client handling experience in the financial services sector is a definite plus
3. Fluent speak with excellent written skills in both of English &Chinese
4. Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
6. Excellent computer literacy( MS office, teams, CRM)
7. Valid work permit required
8. 1-3 years in Finance service industry
