Job Description - CX Junior Consultant

1-2 years of relevant experience in consulting or research & reporting
Bachelor's degree in any field is a must
MBA, a relevant Master's degree, or a relevant certificate is a plus
Basic understanding of design thinking, systems thinking, business analysis, digital transformation, UX, CX, mapping, & blueprints.
Good command of written & spoken English and Arabic is a must
Basic data analysis & interpretation (Pivot tables, functions & formulas, building advanced formulas, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, filters, conditional formatting, data visualization...)
Advanced research skills
Advanced presentation & reporting skills
An ability to take initiative, work autonomously, collaborate, & meet tight deadlines.
Strong commitment to personal learning & development

Demonstrate an ability to assimilate new knowledge quickly
Understand the company's service lines, tools, and methodologies, and actively assess ways to serve clients
Develop in-depth technical and functional capabilities and professional knowledge
Understand expectations and demonstrate personal accountability for keeping performance on the track
Interact efficiently with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively deliver quality services to our clients
Support your direct report and work with the company's clients on various CX and transformation projects
Demonstrate an ability to stay current with clients and trends
Support with project management activities to ensure proper documentation, organized project files, on-time delivery, and high-quality standards

This position will be offered on a contract basis for a period of 6-12 months, with the opportunity for renewal or full-time employment based on business requirements and performance. The successful candidate will be expected to work standard office hours, Monday through Friday.
