We're recruiting a Data Analyst for one of our clients, a globally recognized e-commerce organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, maintain, and update data across multiple systems and platforms, including QuickSight dashboards, SharePoint, and Excel trackers
Own and maintain compliance data reporting, including Page 0 regional data and GOLD Mine dashboard metrics
Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies between systems
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders
Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations, and define and monitor KPIs aligned with team objectives
Support evidence-based decision-making through timely and accurate reporting
Manage end-to-end participant enrollment and tracking for leadership development programs, such as SLII, LEW, AD1, and Accelerate, using systems such as iCIMS
Effectively utilize and manage data tools and platforms, including Excel, SharePoint, QuickSight, iCIMS, or equivalent systems
Support the development and optimization of data workflows and operational processes
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in data entry, data management, and reporting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience managing program enrollments, scheduling, or event coordination
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desirable:
Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau
Knowledge of HRIS or learning management systems such as iCIMS or Cornerstone
Experience with process automation or workflow optimization using tools such as VBA, Python, or SQL
Prior experience in corporate Learning & Development (L&D), HR, or operations environment
Familiarity with SharePoint and cloud-based collaboration tools
