Job Description - Data Analyst

We're recruiting a Data Analyst for one of our clients, a globally recognized e-commerce organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input, maintain, and update data across multiple
    systems and platforms, including QuickSight dashboards, SharePoint, and Excel
    trackers

  • Own and maintain compliance data reporting, including Page 0
    regional data and GOLD Mine dashboard metrics

  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve
    discrepancies between systems

  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and
    actionable insights for stakeholders

  • Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations, and
    define and monitor KPIs aligned with team objectives

  • Support evidence-based decision-making through timely and
    accurate reporting

  • Manage end-to-end participant enrollment and tracking for
    leadership development programs, such as SLII, LEW, AD1, and Accelerate, using
    systems such as iCIMS

  • Effectively utilize and manage data tools and platforms,
    including Excel, SharePoint, QuickSight, iCIMS, or equivalent systems

  • Support the development and optimization of data workflows
    and operational processes





Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Data Science,
    Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data entry, data management, and
    reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience managing program enrollments, scheduling, or
    event coordination
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with
    excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage
    multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable:
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight,
    Power BI, or Tableau

  • Knowledge of HRIS or learning management systems such as
    iCIMS or Cornerstone

  • Experience with process automation or workflow optimization
    using tools such as VBA, Python, or SQL

  • Prior experience in corporate Learning & Development
    (L&D), HR, or operations environment

  • Familiarity with SharePoint and cloud-based collaboration
    tools
