We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator to update and maintain irrigation information.

Entering data and knowing Excel very well or mid-level or willing to be master in Excel Word.

Furthermore, the data operator will work half on the side and half on the desktop.

It will be advantageous if we look for young Agriculture Engineers background (Biosystem engineers, related disciplines water and resource departments in agriculture, etc.)

Master in Ms-Excel (As specially Macros and other formula

Good English Speaking Skills (Optional Arabic Speakers will be an Added Advantage)

Degree Holder or otherwise (Agriculture background will be an Added Advantage)

Salary Range 3000-6000 (Live-In Position)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with data collectors in all sites (al Wathba, al Ain, Abu Dhabi and northern emirates) to receive the data in timely manner as set by the irrigation specialist.
• Organize measured data in the excel based on our work requirement.
• Enter values and formulas (which we will provide if technical) with a proper design that is ready to print out for any scale.
• Entering daily routine reports in the excel.
• Upcoming new reports to discuss and prepare the new designs.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output and report it for irrigation specialist.
• Prepare the folders for any project in a proper design.
• Duty location will vary depending on work requirement - in Al Wathba, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi and northern emirates.
• Translation of any report to Arabic and well skilled in those languages (English and Arabic)

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Have high skills in using all office programs especially excel, word, and power point .
• Should know macros in the excel and be willing to improve his skills in the excel.
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
