Job Description - Data Entry Executive

In conjunction with the ProvisionMaster, provides analysis of F&B stores consumption tohandle the ordering of Food and Beverage as exact aspossible.
Input in the computer all PO ,Invoices, Inventories and stocksreceived.
Maintain the food inventory updatedon a daily in cooperation with the ProvisionMaster.
Carry out spot-checks on the restaurantand Central Kitchen rotating stock-takes.
Carryout checks on storing operations on thepier.
Input in the computer all therequisitions.
Control and ensure that not asingle item leaves the stores withoutrequisition.
Accounts for any stock transferbetween onboard locations.
Inputs physical barstock counts into the computer system and analyze resultshighlighting the discrepancies for additional counts orreviews.
Hold minimum each second day a spotcheck on physical inventories held in the bars, food and beveragestores, galleys and cellars.
Monitors– controls tips and bonuses to barstaff.
Performs any other duty as requested byHis/Her superiors.
Compiles a physicalinventory routine for each food & beverage locations.Verifies level of inventory at least once a cruise or more arerequired, daily in the Crew Bar and any other bar with highvariances.
Prepares a voyage report in the endof each cruise to be signed by the F&B Manager and send tothe shore side office.
Day to day supervisionand management of the responsibilities detailedabove.
Spreading random audits andreconciliation´s over the voyage and moving forward withnew computer installations and controls procedures, whilst tacklingsystems and financial control problems, as theseoccur.
Run end of the day on all bar point ofsales workstations; distribute daily sales analysis reports asrequired.
Feed figures into spreadsheets formatto carry out the control functions describedabove.
Review “undefined”accounts.
Tackle computer problems as thesearise.
Proven experience as Data Entry ORInventory Controller
Proficient in MSOffice
Excellent Typing and InventorySkills
