Job Description - Data Entry Operator

Ensureall the RMA s are posted in the company s system on dailybasis
Generateinvoices
Ensureproper filing of all related documents
Liaisewith the sales team for any discrepancy in the customerreturns
Stockresponsibility in the absence of the storekeeper
Followingup with accounts and invoicing data entry for holdorders
Arrangewith store keeper for stock taking

Requirements

Education:DiplomaOrEqualant

Knowledge& Experience: 12years ofexperience infield ofWarehousing.
AdvancedMS Office
Goodcommunication skills (English Language oral andwritten)
Ableto work in a diverse and multiculturalenvironment.
Abilityto complete the assigned work within the stipulatedtimeperiod
Workingknowledge on Oracle
