Demi Chef de Partie - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Our client, a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment and will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes to meet the standards of the hotel's upscale clientele.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, ensuring consistency and excellence in all culinary outputs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to the chef's specifications and presentation standards
• Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen and maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Set up and stock the station with all necessary ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food quality and consistency by following proper cooking methods and recipes
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely service during all meal periods
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Participate in inventory control and minimize food wastage
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude within the team and towards guests

• Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• Sound knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Diploma or certification from a recognized culinary school is preferred
• Good understanding of sanitation, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Must be currently in UAE
