• Oversee and manage assembly operations in compliance with company standards and guidelines
• Supervise and train assembly line staff to ensure efficient production processes
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product output
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials
• Implement safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all staff
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Assist the Manager in strategic planning and decision-making for the assembly department
• Generate reports on production output, efficiency, and any areas of improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to improve assembly processes

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant quality management programs
• At least 5 years of experience in assembly operations within the automotive industry
• Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
• Strong technical skills in assembly line processes and machinery
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
