Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Design Engineer for Hull Division responsible for hull structural design, 3D modelling, and marine hardware integration for our autonomous USV project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design hull structural components, framework and internal layout

- Create 3D models and detailed drawings for hull, deck and compartments

- Design IP67/68 waterproof enclosures for electronics and payloads

- Design mounting brackets and integration structures for sensors, propulsion and equipment

- Apply Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles for marine composite production

- Support hull fabrication, assembly and integration activities

- Work closely with Naval Architect, Mechanical and Electrical teams

- Manage BOM, design documentation and revision control

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 3D CAD Expertise: SOLIDWORKS, SIEMENS NX, Rhino, AutoCAD

- Knowledge of hull design and composite materials (fiberglass / carbon fiber)

- Experience with CNC, molding and DfAM rapid prototyping

- Understanding of marine hardware integration and waterproofing techniques

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years in Mechanical Design / Structural Design / Hull Design, preferably in marine / automotive / aerospace

- Experience with waterproof, ruggedized product design is a plus

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Naval Architecture or related field

- Willingness for field work and dockside support
