DevSecOps Engineer (3-7 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer with 3–7 years of expertise in integrating security practices into the DevOps lifecycle. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the banking domain and a proven track record in implementing secure CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud security controls. This role involves working closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

• 3–7 years of experience in DevSecOps, with proven expertise in integrating security into DevOps workflows.
• Banking domain experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with security scanning tools (Snyk, SonarQube, Checkmarx, or similar).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on cloud security.
• Strong skills in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) with security best practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in banking (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.).
• Ability to automate security testing within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
