Digital & AI Delivery Partner

Role Purpose

The Digital & AI Delivery Partner is responsible for driving the successful delivery of digital transformation and AI initiatives across the organization. This role acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered efficiently, securely, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and AI initiatives, from ideation through to implementation and adoption

• Partner with business units to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital innovation

• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning

• Drive agile delivery practices and ensure continuous improvement

• Collaborate with data, engineering, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions

• Ensure AI solutions adhere to governance, ethical, and regulatory standards

• Monitor performance of implemented solutions and optimize outcomes

• Support change management and user adoption across business functions

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI/ML, and automation technologies

• Proven experience in project/program delivery (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models)

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language

• Stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage

• Internal: Business Unit Leaders, IT, Data & Analytics, Risk & Compliance

• External: Technology vendors, consultants, implementation partners

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field

• 8–10 years of experience in digital delivery, technology consulting, or transformation roles

• Experience delivering AI or data-driven initiatives is highly preferred

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum, AI/Cloud certifications) are a plus
