Job Description - Digital Content & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a Social Media Senior Executive / Content Creator to drive the growth and engagement of our internal social media channels across W Group and its entities, including Hypermedia and DXTA. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing compelling social media content that aligns with the company’s vision and brand identity. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, a strategic thinker, and a data-driven marketer with a passion for digital innovation.Content Creation & Execution  
  • Create high-quality social media content, including graphics, videos, reels, animations, and written posts.
  • Manage on-site content creation, including capturing photos and videos at company events, office activities, and industry gatherings.
  • Write compelling captions, scripts, and post copies tailored for each platform.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals across all channels.
  • Assist in shooting, editing, and promoting content.
  • Coordinate podcast recording sessions, ensuring high-quality production.
  • Develop short-form teaser videos, highlights, and interactive content to promote podcast episodes.
  • Leverage AI tools and content creation software to enhance content quality and efficiency.
Social Media Execution for W Group & Entities 
  • Develop & implement the social media content calendar aligned with W Group Holding and its entities strategies.
  • Work closely with the creative team (designers, videographers) to create engaging social media content (text, images, videos, and infographics).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest adjustments when needed.
  • Support in creating reports with insights on post-performance, audience engagement, and ad results.
  • Assist in gathering market insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Community Management & Engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and video production.
  • Passion for digital marketing, brand building, and social media trends.
  • Ability to develop creative content ideas for video, photography, and podcasts.
  • Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, social media trends, and audience engagement, B2B marketing, or media industry.
  • Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and generate performance reports
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
