Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist for Real Estate - Adroit Real Estate LLC

Social Media Marketing:

Develop and implement social media strategies to promote real estate listings, company news, and market insights across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create and manage engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each social media platform. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to build a robust online community. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant search terms for the real estate industry. Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and tags to improve organic search rankings. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve search engine visibility. Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance and adjust tactics as necessary to achieve desired outcomes

Content Creation and Management:

Produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content for the company’s website, blog, and email newsletters. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines.

Digital Advertising:

Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor ad performance, adjust bids, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track and report on key performance indicators. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
