Digital Marketing -Assistant Manager (Retail)

Reed Middle East is currently looking for a Digital Marketing -Assistant Manager for Dubai location for one of the leading luxury retail client.

The role entails enhancing and maintaining the company website associated landing pages/sites, along with managing our social media platforms. Responsibilities also include constantly evaluate & updating the UX and monitoring SEO, web traffic and metrics to identify & implement best practices.

Additionally, the role involves overseeing the entire CRM, including Email & SMS content creation, implementation, and building & managing new CRM journeys for a customized/personalized customer experience.

As a marketing specialist, attention to detail and the ability to perform well under deadlines are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Email & SMS content and strategy aligned with short, medium-term, and long-term objectives.
• CMS to analyze business reports and user engagement metrics.
• customer data and optimizing the digital experience of our users via CMS
• the Social media accounts posting & community management for all group handles

Monitor, address and close customer complaints

• monthly and annual editorial calendar ensuring alignment with communication and brand teams.
• content according to SEO requirements, working with the digital marketing/SEO specialist.
• with the comm, business teams to design, plan and develop content, style, and layouts.
• with internal teams, agencies, and content writers to ensure brand consistency.

Perform any other responsibilities given by the reporting manger or the team lead

Requirements and skills

• Work experience of min. 6 years in Digital Marketing
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, MS Office, Contentstack or similar platforms.
• Technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Retail Industry experience is preferred.
