Digital Marketing Executive Job Location : UAE Job Description : • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our real estate services in the GCC market.
• Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and real estate listing websites.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats in the real estate industry within the GCC.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging content, posting regularly, and responding to inquiries.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain relationships with clients.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales and real estate teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience in the GCC region, with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.
• At least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
