Digital Marketing Manager will lead & drive Deem’s Digital Marketing strategy with a focus on driving growth in digital acquisition and enhanced customer experiences.
Key duties and Responsibilities
Strategic
Accountability related to setting or contributing to strategic targets, monitoring progress, adapting plans as needed, and being accountable for the outcomes that contribute to the larger organisational strategy.
Working with the Head of Marketing to develop & excecute Deem’s digital marketing strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate digital solutions into various aspects of the business.
Work closely with external agencies & partners to ensure seamless delivery of digital campaigns.
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Performance Marketing:
Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) – CPL/ and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
SEO/SEMPractices:
Lead the development and implementation of effective SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure optimal website performance.
Conduct regular audits and provide recommendations for website optimization.
Data-Driven Marketing & Customer Analytics:
Own & drive Digital Analytics practice within Deem
Utilize best practices in leveraging CRM/1st Party Data to activate & optimize digital campaigns
Implement customer segmentation strategies and personalize marketing initiatives
Collaborate with the data science team to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain periodic KPI dashboards and share with key stakeholder.
Marketing Automation & Omni-Channel Campaign Development:
Manage & track all Marketing Automation & Customer Engagement use cases on the Mobile App
Develop and execute Omni-channel campaigns to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Monitor and optimize automated marketing processes to enhance overall campaign performance.
Tactical and Operational
Accountabilities related to executing specific tasks, procedures, or operations. The focus is on day-to-day activities and processes necessary to achieve the broader goals of the organisation.
Champion a digital-first mindset across all aspects of marketing emphasizing the importance of embracing innovative digital strategies.
Be an innovation and digital evangelist connecting to the latest trends & technologies
Position Requirements
Work Experience
A minimum of (8) years’ experience hands-on experience in Digital Marketing preferably in banking/financial services
Proficiency with Ad-Tech tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, DV 360, Facebook Ads Manager
Educational Qualification
Marketing / Specialized Degree in Digital Marketing.
Professional certifications within Digital Marketing.
Skills / Behaviour Attributes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data from various tools to make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
