Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Digital Marketing Manager at Zinni, located in Dubai. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and other digital marketing activities. Your responsibilities include implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing strategies to enhance user engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

- Social Media Management: Manage social media marketing to enhance brand presence and engagement.

- Lead Generation: Utilize lead generation strategies to acquire new users and customers.

- Web Analytics: Analyze web analytics data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.

- Strong skills in lead generation and web analytics.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

- Experience with SEO and SEM is advantageous.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles.

- Expertise in SEO, SMO, and running ads is preferred.
