Digital Marketing Manager

• Contribute to the digital ande-commerce strategy, actively participating in itscreation.
• Ensure timely execution of strategicinitiatives, collaborating with various teams for qualitativeoutput.
• Extract and analyze data, proposevaluable analysis, and identify areas for website performanceimprovement.
• Benchmark other digital channels,providing key insights to management.
• Generateinsights from digital data, aiding the department'sunderstanding of digital channelvisitors.
• Produce accurate and timely reports,maintaining existing tools and suggesting newones.
• Execute data collection projects,identify technology gaps, and report on technologytrends.
• Participate in UX/UI projects, internaltesting, and end-customer testing of digitalreleases.
• Develop partnerships with internaland external stakeholders, supporting projectdelivery.
• Challenge and enhance content for webpages, ensuring its compelling nature.
• Executedigital marketing and CRM actions as instructed, addressing gaps inacquisition strategies.
• Implement SEO/SEMconfigurations and raise timely purchaserequests.
• Maintain a positive attitude andalign with the department culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

• Bachelor'sdegree in marketing or digital marketing.
• Atleast 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably intravel and leisure.
• Demonstrable experience inleading UX/UI, development, SEO/SEM, CRM, and digital strategyinitiatives.
• Working knowledge of enterpriseCMS and GA4.
• Familiarity with the latest SEOstrategies.

Desirable:

• Basiccoding/code analysis experience isadvantageous.
• Familiarity with Invision, AdobeXD, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
• Experience withAdobe Creative Cloud apps isadvantageous.
• Fluency in English is mandatory;Arabic is advantageous but notrequired.
