Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Sales Specialist. Based out of Dubai, this role requires fluency in both English and Arabic, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the complete sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Funnel Management: Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing client relationships.
2. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
3. Consultative Selling: Understand clients' digital marketing needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
4. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals and achieve sales targets.
6. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
8. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress against targets, and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Proven track record in digital marketing sales in the UAE or GCC, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- UAE driver's license is a must.
