Job Description:

As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist at The Closet, you will play a supportive role in the execution and enhancement of our digital marketing strategies. This position offers the opportunity to learn and develop in various aspects of digital marketing while contributing to our team's efforts in driving traffic, elevating brand awareness, and increasing sales. You will collaborate with our marketing team, assisting in the execution of online campaigns and learning to analyze data for optimizing our digital footprint across different platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Advertising Support: Assist in planning and executing online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc., under the guidance of senior staff.
• Social Media Engagement: Assist in managing our social media presence, contributing to post creation, and engaging with our online community.
• Analytics Assistance: Support monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
• Market Research: Participate in market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside the design and content teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging across digital channels.

Qualifications:

• Some experience or strong interest in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn data interpretation and decision-making.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Creativity and eagerness to stay updated on industry trends.
• Ability to work in a team environment, managing tasks and learning from senior staff.
