Digital Marketing Specialist (6 Months Contract)

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in our Dubai office.

In this role, you will have an important role in executing our digital strategy across the Middle East & Africa by handling our digital ecosystem and delivering engaging brand experiences across our owned channels (Website, CRM, App, organic social media). You will take ownership of content management (creation and localization), content calendars, website management, CRM, and our HomeID application, while supporting the successful execution of digital campaigns and ensuring a seamless consumer experience across all digital touchpoints.

The impact you’ll make:

• Manage and optimize the regional digital ecosystem across owned digital channels


• Ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across all digital touchpoints


• Adapt and localize global digital campaigns to meet local market needs


• Create, coordinate, and publish locally relevant digital content


• Launch new products across the website and HomeID app


• Create, update, and maintain landing pages and Product Detail Pages (PDPs)


• Manage CRM content and support customer engagement initiatives


• Plan, create, and maintain social media content across owned channels


• Ensure accurate English-to-Arabic localization across all digital assets and consumer touchpoints


• Collaborate closely with regional and global marketing teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns


• Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives to drive consumer engagement and business growth

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field


• 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or digital communications


• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required for this role. (Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.)


• Hands-on experience managing websites, CRM platforms, social media, and digital content across multiple channels


• Proven ability to adapt and localize global marketing assets for regional markets


• Exposure to launching products across digital platforms is highly desirable.


• Familiarity with digital platforms and tools such as PIM, DAM, CRM, and CMS solutions


• Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, and digital analytics (e.g., GA4)


• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regional environment


• Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
