Role       :  Digital Transformation & IT Specialist
Location : Abu Dhabi                  

Role Purpose:

To drive the strategic adoption and integration of automation technologies across the organizations Real Estate Practices to improve efficiency and enable digital transformation.

• Oversee implementation of automation of Real Estate platforms (ERP, AI-driven workflows, CRM). 

• Ensure interoperability between legacy systems and new digital tools.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to liaise effectively with IT teams to support and implement digital initiatives.

Key Accountabilities of the role      

• Define and own the automation vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation strategy.
• AI and automation initiatives to deliver measurable business value, not just technical outputs.
• Effective AI Prompts and building Agents for integration and process efficiencies.
• Capable to instruct and teach skills for AI adoptions in the workforce.
• Work with compliance team to establish governance frameworks for automation and AI, including compliance, ethical standards, and risk mitigation.
• Technology Integration with existing platforms.
• Ensure automation initiatives meet organizational strategies and deliver continuous improvement in operational performance. 
• Lead cultural transformation by promoting digital literacy and fostering acceptance of automation. 
• Collaborate across business units (IT, operations, finance, Real Estate services management, project management, investment management, assets management, RICS valuations & facility management) to ensure alignment and adoption. 
• Communicate automation strategy and outcomes clearly to executives and teams.
• Process Management through Automation.
• Business performance and commercialization for real estate management.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

• Experience with automation tools.
• AI & Data analytic knowledge.
• Cloud and digital platforms "AZURE/ AWS"

• Governance and compliance.
• Digital transformation skills in real estate sector. 

Previous experience:        

• 3-5yrs years’ work experience in a relevant role in Proptech, Digital Transformation & Asset/Property Management software tools with hands-on implementation experience is preferred.
