Direct Sales Executives

We are looking for enthusiastic Direct Sales Executives to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a Canadian or Indian background and possess experience in sales, luxury retail, or malls. Experience in real estate is an advantage but not essential. You will focus on direct client engagement, promoting our property portfolio, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to showcase real estate opportunities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Present property features and investment opportunities clearly and professionally.
• Maintain a database of leads and manage follow-ups.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize commission potential.

Requirements:

• Any sales experience (including luxury retail or mall sales).
• Real estate experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Canadian or Indian nationality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
