Director Corporate Procurement (UAE Nationals Only)

Jointly owned by TAQA, ADNOC and Mubadala, Masdar is driving the scale-up of renewables worldwide, targeting a portfolio capacity of 100GW by 2030.

To lead and manage the Corporate Procurement across all Masdar and support cross-platform alignment, ensuring efficient, compliant, and value-driven sourcing for categories such as Professional Services, People & Culture, Marketing, Technology, and Corporate Services.

To develop and implement category management strategies that optimize cost, quality, sustainability, and service delivery, while embedding governance, standardization, and supplier relationship frameworks (BPAs, FWAs, MSAs, rate cards, rebates) to improve performance and mitigate risk.

To lead a team of category heads/managers and drive procurement capability development, stakeholder engagement, and analytics-enabled decision-making aligned with group-wide transformation initiatives

• 15 years in senior procurement roles within large, including at least 5 years in transformation or excellence-focused leadership roles
• Proven experience in managing large-scale procurement transformation programs and cross-functional teams
• Expertise in procurement strategy, performance management, and governance frameworks
• Strong familiarity with digital procurement tools, analytics, and eProcurement platforms
• Experience in responsible sourcing, ESG, and local content programs
