Windmill is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s operations. The Director of Operations will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, operational excellence, and high-quality performance.

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in business, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on professional services or custom software design and development services, preferably with experience in a global setting.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that drive growth and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
