Position: Document Controller

Job location: Dubai

Job responsibilities:

• Typing contracts, archiving employee files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation.
• Support company procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
• Copy, scan and store documents.
• Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts. Review and update documents (e.g. manuals and workflows).
• Distribute project/ department-related copies to internal stakeholders.
• Retrieve files as requested by relevant stakeholders.
• File documents in physical and digital records. Create templates for future use.
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.

Job requirements:

• Communication skills - effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with senior management.
• Minimum 3years’ professional experience as a Secretary / Admin Executive / Document Controller.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
