Description
The Document Controller will manage all project documentation and correspondence, ensuring accurate control, distribution, tracking, and filing of project records.
Responsibilities
Maintain project document control systems and registers.
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Manage transmittals, RFIs, submittals, drawings, reports, and technical documentation.
Ensure proper document numbering, tracking, and version control.
Support the supervision team with document retrieval and reporting.
Monitor workflow turnaround times and maintain audit trails.
Coordinate document distribution between Client, Consultant, and Contractor.
Ensure compliance with company and project document management procedures.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in document control on construction or engineering projects.
Proficiency in Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, or similar document management systems.
Strong organizational and record-management skills.
